- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Sinhala and English.
- Ability to type in Sinhala would be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales and marketing initiatives
- Positive attitude and mindset
- Effective decision-making skills
- Handling customer rejections and objections
