Customer Service / Call Center

We are a well-established Logistical Service Provider in Sri Lanka. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Customer Inquiry and service management
  • Collaborate and Coordinate with other teams;Sales team, Operations team, Finance dept
  • Manage Foreign / Local Clients & Inquiries
  • End to End Shipment handling both Sea & Air
  • Documentation handling on both Imports & Exports
  • Carry out Negotiations with Clients / Counterparts / Suppliers
  • Collaborate and Improve Overall Customer experience
  • Service Standard improvements

Eligibility

·    Experience in the logistics field will be an added bonus

·   Passed G.C.E. A/L

·   Good Interpersonal Skills

·   Language Fluency & Communication Skills

·   Sound knowledge in Microsoft office.

·   Age below 30
