Customer Service / Call Center Electronics / Electrical Sales and Marketing / Business Development

Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other relevant platforms.

Responding to customer inquires – phone calls, social media messaging in to potential sales.

Maintaining customer data records.

Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.

Minimum 01 Year of Experience in the capacity of  Social Media, Customer service executive or Tele sales executive. 

Excellent communicator in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be a distinct advance.

Good knowledge in customer service and  social media principles, practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment.

Female age below 35.
