Executive - Customer Service
Based: Colombo, Sri Lanka
The Position
The Executive -Customer Service will be required to manage all inquiries of the customers
Business Processes: Banking, Airline, Hospitality, Telecommunications, Online Gaming.
Eligibility Criteria: -
Age: Candidate should be between 18-30 years of age.
Minimum Qualification:
- Successfully completion of the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination (Credits in Mathematics and English).
- Minimum 1-year call center experience will be an added advantage.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness and ability to work on shift/rotational shift basis.
- Possess good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Possess good communication skills in either Sinhala or Tamil (spoken and written).
- Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
- Dynamic, highly motivated and a result - oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment.
