Job Profile
Understand customer's business needs, its strategy and assets to then transcribe needs into a professional services statement of work.
Review RFPs, Requirement Documents, Customer stories, and attend sessions with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer requirements.
Arrange a workshop/POC test with the customer
Partner with Sales to present professional services offering, including pricing.
Responds to and solves bill of material issues in a thorough and expedient manner, ensuring our customer needs and expectations are met
Serve as a subject matter expert on professionally serviced offerings, assisting prospects and customers with professional services recommendations to ensure successful platform implementation and future growth
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to assist in building out professional service training content and develop professional service offerings.
The Suitable candidate should possess the followings
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Telecommunications and Electronics or Similar field from the reputed local university
Sound knowledge in Computer Architecture and IT Products including Servers, Storage and Cloud computing
Business knowledge in Networking, IT and Telecommunication Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and/or cooperatively and effectively in a team environment
Sound knowledge in Networking and IP
Must be open to new concepts, ideas and embrace continuous change and demonstrate the ability to self-teach and apply to learn.
Must be an analytical, detail-oriented, and logical person
Previous experience in a partner who resells ICT solutions will be an added advantage
