Description
The Job
  • Responsible for assuring minimum outage and service degradation of network elements
  • Responsible for providing second level support for partner complaints related to Dialog International Wholesale Prepaid service
  • Accountable to assure all network elements in Dialog International Wholesale Prepaid Voice network are properly integrated
  • Ensuring proper functioning of charging mechanism in international wholesale prepaid platform
  • Designing and developing support tools for the division
  • Designing and developing relevant change requests raised by users to ensure the continuation of the benefits
  • Operation and management of developed support tools
  • Implementing new international voice interconnections to ensure additional revenue is grabbed and enough routing options for international voice traffic is available
  • Assuring minimum outage and service degradation of local interconnect Session Border Control (SBC)
  • Providing second level support for other operator complaints related to IP interconnections
  • Assure Interconnect SBC in Dialog is properly integrated with performance monitoring, alarm monitoring, backup restoring systems
