The Job

• Conduct incoming Inspections of ongoing orders of selected items from Mobile, DTV and Fixed Wireless BU’s to check that the quality of the devices are up to the standard required by the company
• Check that the quality of the devices are up to the standard required by the company and inform relevant BU to proceed with the vendor
• Ensure that all processes and procedures of UAT and Incoming inspections adhere to scheduled timelines and ISO Quality policies
• Liaise with necessary parties regarding the technical issues identified of new devices to rectify the errors and ensure the quality of devices are kept at company standards
• Get feedback from technical support centre staff for the ongoing products, to overcome those issues from future batches
• Analyse device specifications based on technical expertise and provide feedback to relevant parties
• Update technical front line staff regarding the features of the new product so that their service to customers will be enhanced
• Prepare Incoming Inspection Reports, UAT Reports, to respective BU in order for them to make clear decisions on products

Entry Requirements

The Person

• B.sc Degree in Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications / Electrical from recognized Sri Lankan University accredited by IESL
