Banking and Financial Services

  • Supervision of branch SME proposition
  • Evaluation and approving credit papers
  • Maintain credit quality of the branches within the purview and management of NPA
  • Evaluation of credit papers and recommending for the approval of higher authority
  • Achieving set targets of the branches within your purview
  • Develop the overall SME Banking strategy and business plan
  • Develop the customer value proposition and strategy for SME customer segment
  • Assess and develop Bank’s competitive position in the SME market segment
  • Assess the banking needs of the SME segment customers and introduce appropriate products and services
  • Manage the sales efforts to meet set targets / objectives
  • Ensure compliance with set portfolio strategy parameters
  • Manage SME branch network and supporting the branch managers in their marketing effort
  • Ensure that Bank’s SME products are marketable, competitive and profitable
  • Ensure that SME clients receive required level of support from the branches
  • Assess and discuss with risk management and recovery remain within the set guideline


  • Degree from a recognised university in Business Administration / Finance / Marketing or any related discipline
  • Or any equivalent professional qualification from a recognised institution
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SME Credit and Customer Relationship Management.
  • A proactive thinker with proficiency in strategic planning
  • Use of discretion with confident & sensitive information
  • Critical thinker with analytical skills
