Key Responsibilities:

·   Initiate, design, develop, implement and manage in-house software and reports to improve business processes’ efficiency

·   Document technical specifications, plans and design to aid for future modification and integration

·   Identify and resolve newly launched software issues by providing comprehensive support to users during the post implementation period

·   Conduct user trainings

·   Manage access rights, control and user

·   Participate on external software system analysis, acquisition and customisation

·   Conduct major development to Company’s Website and in houses systems

·   Perform IT Support functions such as infrastructure maintenance, user technical support, IT asset and inventories management, back up plan’s execution, etc.

Key Qualification:

·   Education: Degree in Computer Science / Programming / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent.

·   Experience: Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience

·   Functional Skills: Visual Studio, .net core, SQL, Crystal Reports, Git

·   Performance Skills: Good communication and organizational skills

·   Attitudes & Attributes: Positive attitude, able to work independently, proactive, keen on details, critical/logical thinker

·   Male or Female age below 40.
