Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other relevant platforms
Responding to Customer inquires – Phone Calls and Social Media messaging.
Maintaining customer data records.
Manage social media engagement during events, such as Facebook Live and other live posts.
Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
Minimum 01 Year of Experience in the capacity of Social Media or Customer Service Executive. (FRESHERS ALSO CONSIDERED)
Excellent communicator in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be a distinct advance.
Good knowledge in customer service and social media principles, practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment.
Female age below 35.
