We are looking for a young & energetic candidate with an attitude to learn fast and maintain a high standard of professionalism on duties to join our team.



Skills & Competencies



•Minimum 06 months to 1 year experience in handling outbound calls or prior web based customer service.
•Fluency in English, Tamil and sinhala excellent communication skills.
•Age between 18 - 35
•Flexible to work on shifts & weekends will be a definite advantage
•A Team player with the ability to work independently in a multicultural fast paced environment.
•Proficiency with computers, Strong Typing Skills, and Experience with Customer relation related to soft wares and Excel Would be an advantage
•Strong Time Management and Decision Making Skills and the ability to Work under Pressure.
•Candidate closed to Malabe,Athurugiriya ,koswatta,kadawatha Areas



Job Duties

•Manage Outbound calls.
•Document Issues and Resolutions.
•Maintain client records by updating account information.
•Handling inbound calls effectively
•Understand and resolve customer complaints
•Provide service related information & solutions for customers
