Organizing and interpreting contracts, contract drawings and specifications.

Analyzing commercial and industrial drawings and specifications.

Providing clear detailed quantity Take-Offs.

nderstanding contractual terms and conditions to improve the accuracy of Take-off.

Communicating with management or contractor if design is incomplete or contradictory.

Reviewing/pricing/submitting site instructions/costs/credits to PM.

Additional duties as requested by the Estimating Manager/Senior Management.

Manage, administer and co-ordinate all types of ELV projects, including contracts and sub-contracts, construction progress schedules, cost control systems, and work measurements;

Prepare, submit and manage progress invoices, valuation of changes and finalize contracts;

Provide advice on implementation cost and strategic planning to prospective owners, architects, engineers and public authorities;

Prepare and interpret tender documents, specifications, general conditions, and other parts and forms of contracts;

Prepare and submit estimates for execution and development work;

Provide commercial advice and support to construction and development project works;

Research, negotiate and support dispute resolution activities;
