Production and Operations

We are looking for a talented and reliable Production Supervisor who will be responsible in maintaining the smooth operations of the production facility with the quality output.

 Key Responsibilities:

·   Supervises and coordinates activities engaged in Production Line.

·   Guide workers in optimum and efficient use of machineries to get the desired output to deliver projects on time.

·   Supervise the whole production facility to improve the productivity and efficiency.

·   Schedule, execute & monitor the facility to achieve the set timelines.

·   Coordinate with the in-house technical department to interpret the production requirements and educate the workers on the required output.

·   Control the expenses, optimize the wastes and set policies for the operations.

·   Other ad-hoc duties by the management.

Key Qualification:

·   Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering discipline from the reputed organization.

·   Min 2 years of Work experience in similar capacity.

·   Attention to details and Good Command of Communication.

·   Relevant technical and advance troubleshooting skills.

·   Male/Female between the age range of 22-35 years.

·   Aluminum Formwork experience would be an added advantage.
