Operation Executive

Operation Executive oversees the end-to-end order processing cycle for both online and in-store sales. This role ensures accurate order management, stock coordination, packaging, and timely dispatch to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, inventory, or operations
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer literacy
Ability to coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners

Key Responsibilities:

Manage online and in-store orders
Coordinate packaging and dispatch
Track inventory and update stock records
Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
