JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deliver stand-up training for diverse set of audience and ability to cover basic concepts to advanced level of a technology.
- Also, contribute in developing technical content, lab exercises, assignment and assessment bank.
- Basic knowledge of computer Hardware, organization, Networking, Operating System, advanced OS and Networking, DBMS concepts.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Command center.
- Any one of the following
- Microsoft Windows 2008, 2010, and 2016 Administration, Microsoft SQL, O365, Microsoft Active Directory
- HyperV, VMWare, Citrix, RDS/VDI, Microsoft System Center Suit, Microsoft Exchange Server
- DB Administration - RDBMS, Oracle-11g, MS SQL -2012, MySQL - Network Data and Voice
- Routing and switching, TCP/IP, STP, WAN, CUCM (CISCO Certifications preferred)
- Linux/Unix Administration
- Files and Directories, System Processes, Command Utilities,User mgmt., Service Mgmt, Network Mgmt, Oracle Sun servers, HP UX, AIX.
- Virtualization - AWS and Azure
- Good Communication Skill & ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision
- Be courageous by being accountable, proactive and innovative

- Ability to solve problems by being collaborative, creative and analytical
