DESCRIPTION
- Communicating with customers to ensure
invoices are clear for payment
- Resolving queries both internally and
externally on outstanding invoices
- Responding
to customer inquiries on payments
- Filing and
managing credit documentaries
- Managing
and collecting debts from company debtors.
- Providing accounts information to
internal departments

Following up for
customer payments with relevant sales officials
·
Involving to sort
invoice issues with customers and sales official’s
·
Sharing payment
receipts with customers and sales team upon payments CHQ / Online
·
Preparing
accounts statements & collection reports
·
Sharing daily
collection with MGMT
·
Arranging and
sending payment reminder letters on unpaid customers
·
Following up on
Chq Returns taking necessary actions for immediate recovery
·
Preparing files
for recovery / legal actions
·
Any other duties
and responsibilities assigned by the MGMT.
JOB SPECIFICATION:

Qualifications:
Partly qualified In Finance/Accounting/Management
·
Experience in a
similar capacity will be an added qualification
·
Good command of
English both verbal and writing (MUST)
·
Having strong
skill in Microsoft office
·
Freshers are welcome
