The Job:
  • Provide a quality transaction with a first-class service resolution for a customer request/inquiry.
  • Provide quick and fast service within the defined transaction handle time 
  • Adherence and Punctuality - Report to work on time and adhere to the work schedule.
  • Adhere to the Token System regulations and defined break times 
  • Contribute to the outlet Sales target and NPS target 
  • Adherence to the individual activations and complete within the SLA 
  • Effective collect bill payments of Club Vision members 
  • Ensure customer requests are been attended to within a minimal period 
  • Make sure to follow up on customer pending requests and always keep the customer updated 
  • Provide feedback to the Branch manager to improve service in the outlet 
  • Develop, support and ensure adherence to work instructions, policies, procedures and practices pertaining to the Company and Division 
  • Timely execution of additional responsibilities assigned by Branch Manager
The Person:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role 
  • Part Qualification in SLIM/CIM 
  • Have successfully completed GCE O/L and A/L 
  • Between the ages of 18 and 25 
  • IT literacy skills 
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage) 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • Professional work ethic with flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
