BANKING ASSOCIATE / SENIOR BANKING ASSOCIATE - TRANSFORMATION UNIT job from National Development Bank PLC (NDB) in Nawam Mawatha, Sri Lanka

The Job holder is responsible for the Development and Monitor Performance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Workflow Solutions.

The Job:

1. Implementation of RPA & Workflow solutions
2. Monitor performance of RPA & Workflow solutions implemented by the unit
3. Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of structured change control process
4. Manage incidents related to day to day running and providing timely responses and provide viable solutions/workarounds to resolve incidents
5. Coordinate with stakeholders including Internal Departments, Vendors & Service Providers
6. Manage change & release management in accordance with the organization guidelines
7. Support the stakeholders during the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
8. Conduct end-user training for branches & departments on the new RPA solutions implemented
9. Develop solution documentation related to RPA & Workflow

The Person:

1. Possess full or part qualifications in Banking, Finance or IT is required
2. Possess minimum 02 years of experience in banking or IT
3. Basic knowledge of any one of the programming languages (Net / Java / Perl/ PHP /VB)
4. Fair knowledge of Banking products, processes and systems would be an advantage
5. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Able and willing to learn new tools and technologies
7. Able to conceptualize and design RPA & Workflow solutions
