You should ideally;

• possess at least 6 years experience covering all operational areas in commercial banking (exposure to credit-related work would be an added advantage)
• possess a part qualification in banking
• have good interpersonal and communication skills
• possess excellent customer service skills

You will be required to oversee all operational functions of the branch. You will also be required to build up a sound client base and maintain excellent relationships with them.
