The job holder is responsible to carry out operations under direct guidelines as per respective acts, policies and process manuals of the Bank and operate within the audit standards and Central Bank regulations in order to manage NPL
The Job:
- Manage the receivables pertaining to facilities up to NPL under the portfolio granted by the NDB Leasing unit
- Regular review and profiling of the AF delinquency portfolio
- Execute appropriate recoveries actions and dispatch letters for assigned delinquent portfolio
- Maintain zero-tolerance with respect to adherence to compliance policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage adverse comments of the customers and provide appropriate solution
The Person:
- Be full / part qualified in Banking and/or Finance
- Possess a minimum of 2 - 4 years of banking experience
- Possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage priorities and performances
- Possess presentation and MS office skills
