- To work closely with the Marketing teams in planning, executing and managing the digital marketing platforms including email and social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns
- To develop and plan creative and effective digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in the implementation of lead generations using digital marketing platforms
- Suggest and make improvements to social media, email marketing and website designing and development
- Measure and analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience on the website including apps
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Advertising / Media or similar
- Candidates must possess at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Good understanding of online marketing techniques, user behaviour, user experience, social media marketing
- Able to resolve/provide solutions under minimum supervision/assistance
- Required language(s): English, Sinhala and Tamil
