Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth & profitability targets of the branch.
- Continuously review & measure performance targets.
- Resolve customer & staff related issues in a professional manner.
- To ensure branch internal controls & practice as per the guidelines.
- Plan & execute marketing activities relevant to the Branch.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 07 years experience in the financial sector out of which 03 years at a managerial level.
- Ability to make sound judgments & decisions.
- Language skills.
- Be a good team player with determination to achieve challenging targets.
- Degree/Diploma in finance/banking from a recognized University/Institution.
- Age below 45 years.
