This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Executive located in Colombo. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer and technical support, troubleshooting printer and supplies issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves assisting customers in selecting the right products and providing guidance on technical matters


Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in customer support and technical support

Proficiency in troubleshooting Laptop, Pc, printer and supplies issues

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical customers

Experience in the printer and supplies industry is a plus

Diploma in a relevant field is preferred
