Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer support and technical support
Proficiency in troubleshooting Laptop, Pc, printer and supplies issues
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical customers
Experience in the printer and supplies industry is a plus
Diploma in a relevant field is preferred
