TEAM LEADER - CURRENT ACCOUNT ACQUISITION SALES job from National Development Bank PLC (NDB) in Nawam Mawatha, Sri Lanka

The job holder is responsible in achieving the allocated Current Account acquisition budgets through a dedicated team of sales personnel and manage the business operation of the sales team.

The Job:

1. Ensure achievement of the targets assigned to the team through highest efficiency
2. Ensure efficient customer service and manage client relationships
3. Oversee and manage quality of acquisitions (NPA/ KYC etc.)
4. Adhere to the policies and guidelines
5. Recruit, lead, motivate and train the sales team
6. Maintain relationship with key contacts

The Person:

1. Possess full or part professional qualification from CIM/ SLIM/ CIMA/ Bankers. Degree from a recognized university is preferred
2. At least 5 years of experience in the sales field including 2 years at Senior sales position
3. Possess excellent people management and leadership skills
4. Ability to manage priorities and performance
5. Possess public speaking and presentation skills
6. Should be a committed team player
