Customer Service / Call Center
Key responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality customer service,
efficiently and politely respond to inquiries, provide accurate and complete
information, and redirect when appropriate.

Provide technical support for all website
and mobile application-related technical and functional queries.
·
Actively listen to customer feedback,
suggestions, and concerns, and communicate them to the relevant teams for
improvement.
·
Collaborate with the technical team to
ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improment.
·
Continuously learn to keep up with changes
and developments in services and processes.
·
Maintain confidentiality of company customers and data.
·
Stay informed about any updates to company
procedures and new policies.
Requirements:
·
20-35 years old candidates are considered.
·
A Diploma or above
preferred.
·
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
·
Willingness to work according to a
shift-based schedule.
· Handle urgent inquiries, peak periods, and customer stress professionally.
