CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Seeking a female with a very friendly and self-motivated attitude who is willing to understand customer concerns and be able to effectively communicate about our brands.

Managing customer data bases , customer correspondence including social media inquires and supplier issues.

The responsibilities include but is not limited to those listed below, and the ideal candidate should possess relevant skills and experience;

Suitable candidate should:

Be a female with suitable educational qualifications. Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar function. Be willing to work between Monday to Friday and Saturday half a day Have full fluency in written and spoken English and Sinhala Languages. Be computer literate and have a working knowledge of MS Office packages. Able to travel easily to our office situated in Borella

Salary & Remuneration Package Negotiable
