The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of:

Experience: 10- 15 Years

Essential/Mandatory

• 3-5 years of experience in Program Management delivering ASM/AD/AE/Testing projects
• Should have performed Customer-facing roles as project manager
• Should appreciate the common technologies like Java or .NET, Databases ( Oracle or SQL Server ), Automated testing
• Should have interest and experience in managing operations including Fulfilment, ODC management
• Should be aware of R&C and Information Security needs of a financial services organization
• Good communication and organizational skills and be collaborative
