We're Hiring – Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Supervisor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of assigned outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
• Conduct regular store visits to maintain quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to store teams.
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to management.
• Assist in new store openings and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.
