We are looking for a dynamic Cafe Operator/Barista will be responsible for operating a cafe and providing exceptional customer service to guests and any events hosted by the company. The successful candidate will be able to prepare and serve a variety of Booba Drink, & Pan Cake, as well as manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards

Job Responsibilities

•   Operate and manage a cafe and any events hosted by the company, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.

•   Prepare and serve a variety of Coffee, Booba Drink & Pan Cake.

•   Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure a sufficient supply of beverages and food items.

•   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including all equipment and surfaces.

•   Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local health regulations.

•   Monitor and manage cash register and handle cash and online orders via various social media platforms.

•   Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Job Specification

•   Proven experience as a cafe operator or barista, with knowledge of various coffee and tea brewing methods.

•   Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

•   Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

•   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

•   Male/Female age below 35 years.
