What you’ll do

Help restaurants get started on the Uber Eats platform by conducting in-person training sessions.
Help restaurants to take their first order by supporting the initial set up and providing troubleshooting through the initial period.
Conduct necessary system and technical training to restaurant partners and track their progress.
Provide on-demand support and issue resolution to restaurant partners and guide them to success.
Build strong relationships with restaurant partners and support their growth with Uber Eats.

What you’ll need

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A can-do attitude and a good understanding of customer service.
Ability to travel and visit restaurants to meet targets in the pursuit of generating an additional income for yourself.
