• Effectively coordinate activities (Such as events, promotions, and Guest Service, etc.) in Sri Lanka
• Maintain customer contact and interact personally and maintain a database and responsible for selling our packages through email and SMS Campaigns. 
• Effectively handles Customer complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.
