Key Responsibilities: 

·   Identify and target potential corporates and individuals who can benefit from our travel and tour programs.

·   Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate clients/customer needs.

·   Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.

·   Actively seek out new sales opportunities through sales visits and social media.

·   Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' business objectives and challenges.

·   Present and articulate our travel and tour solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' goals.

·   Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

·   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of services.

·   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

·   Prepare compelling and customized proposals and presentations for clients.

·   Collaborate with the internal team to ensure proposals align with client needs and company capabilities

Key Qualification: 

·   Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience and if having the exposure in the travel and tour or related industry will be an added advantage.

·   Outgoing personality and having the “Go-Get” attitude.

·   Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.

·   Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
