Position: Management Intern

Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible)

Location: Remote (work from home)

Stipend: Competitive compensation

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to managers in various operational and administrative tasks.
• Assist in the implementation of management strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Handle assigned projects and tasks with a high level of responsibility and professionalism.
• Assist in data collection, organization, and report generation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Administration, or HR Management (partly qualified).
• Alternatively, possession of AAT/CIMA/ACCA/CMA qualifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support managers and work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
