Join Kidseb's People & Culture team to accelerate how we onboard, support, and grow our creative talent. As an Intern or Trainee Human Resources associate, you'll rotate across recruitment operations, employee journeys, and engagement programmes.

Pathways:

6-month internship or 12-month trainee placement with mentorship from senior HR specialists.

Responsibilities

• Support talent sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure records are accurate and accessible.
• Assist with onboarding experiences, induction logistics, and policy briefings.
• Prepare HR analytics, payroll inputs, and compliance reports.
• Partner on engagement initiatives, wellness programmes, and campus outreach.
• Collaborate on content for internal communications, presentations, and events.

Who we're looking for

Intern Human Resources

• Final-year students or fresh graduates in HR or related fields.
• Basic understanding of HR functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to handle tasks accurately with attention to detail.

Trainee Human Resources

• Degree or diploma in HR or related fields.
• Prior internship experience in HR.
• Knowledge of HR operations and employment laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Adaptability and a genuine interest in developing a career in HR.
