Customer Service / Call Center

Ø  Responsible for maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Ø  Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Ø  Need to communicating with customers through various channels.

Ø  Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Ø  Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Ø  Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements;

Ø  High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

Ø  Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Ø  Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity with previous experience in Service Provider industry is preferred.

Ø  Computer proficiency and practical knowledge in MS office application.

Ø  Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English language is must.
