The Job
- Work with BI, tableau and data tables to design and extract required reports and data
- Identify trends and patterns through data analysis to support the CV & Micro segment management operation
- Submit recommendations based on analytics conducted to provide enhanced service to customers
- Identify required data for the segment of one customer profiling
- Coordinate with relevant teams in extracting the data and ensure availability of this data when required
- Monitor the publication of the unit dashboard as per the set frequency and data accuracy of the published dashboards
- Submit CV customer trends and details for the divisional management reporting
- Compile monthly unit reports and any ad hoc reports as required by management
- Assist with customer birthday felicitation process
- Assist with contacting customers and driving campaigns to achieve team KPIs
- Compile customer data sheets to support relevant customised communication channels
- Assist with customer communications through EDM, SMS & push notifications
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency of the team processes
- Contribute in maintaining critical unit documents up to date
- Assist with event organising related tasks
The Person
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management
- Analytical and Statistical Reporting skills
- Database operation
- Expert skills in Microsoft excel
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Service Delivery operations
- Degree in Business IT is an added advantage
