JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

·   Understanding the products and services offered by the company.

·   Settings a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.

·   Updating the data base with all the customers’ information.

·   Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager.

·   Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.

·   Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.

·   Ensure to provide customers satisfactions and needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·   Bachelor’s degree in any field or High School Diploma.

·   3+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or any related job position in the Sales department.

·   Excellent oral and written communications skills (English and Chinese).

·   Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

·   Ability to solve complex problems promptly and deal with different personalities.

·   Willing to work-on-site in Bataan, Philippines.

·   Willing to relocate in the Philippines.
