Job Description

· Strategize, execute, monitor and manage the company’s digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

· Oversee growth in performance to meet the business goals and strategies

· Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired returns

· Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behavior

· Plan and optimize landing page testing

· Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives

· Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads – A/B testing

· Deliver profitable pay-per-click advertising (PPC) campaigns across multiple ad networks, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Paid social advertising

· Use data analytics to measure, analyze and report on campaign performance

· Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimize performance

Job Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication or digital communications

· Performance marketing experience is an advantage

· Hands-on experience in creating/executing successful multi-platform digital marketing/media campaigns

· Strong working knowledge of social media, digital ad inventory and mobile behaviors/opportunities

· Creative copywriting experience and visual design skills is an advantage

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

· Willing to work on-site in Bataan
