Associates/Executives - Contact Center Operations

Knowledge Services (SAKS) is the global outsourcing arm of St Anthony's Group of Industries, specializing in Business Process Management and Knowledge Process Management Services in key areas of Finance & Accounting, Process Automation, Data Science & AI, Mobility and Customer Experience Services. We cater to a diverse portfolio of clients from the US, UK, Australia and Sri Lanka. 
We are looking for fun, enthusiastic, energetic, & passionate customer-focused individuals to join our Contact Centre Operation teams. The ideal candidate:
• Great communicator with good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be added advantage) 
• Successful completion of GCE O/L with a 'pass in Mathematics and English 
• Aged between 18 and 30 
• Basic IT knowledge and keen to learn new technology with the ability to multitask 
• Good telephone manner and voice quality 
• Good team player with a positive and customer-oriented attitude 
• Willingness and ability to work on a shift/rotational basis to support 24*7 operations 
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays 
• Previous experience in call centre environment or a customer service role a plus
• Travelling distance should be within a 25km radius of the address given below
