Customer Service / Call Center Science and Research

The above role is responsible for handling all LOLC group products.

The Job
Present analytical data to the management team. 
Create & publish regular and ad hoc reports. 
Prepare reports to show Contact Centre performance and/or issues and distributions in a timely and accurate manner. 
Liaise with the Information Technology department as necessary on troubleshooting, researching, tracking, communication and follow up related to phone or Personal Computer issues. 
Liaise with HR to coordinate HR matters pertaining to the Contact Centre.

The Person
Successful completion of G.C.E A/L. 
Excellent interpersonal, public presentation, written and communication skills. 
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office: Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 
Previous experience in Research and Development of minimum Two years will be an added advantage 
Ability in Advanced analytical and mathematical skills. 
Should be a Team player.
