BPO/ KPO Customer Service / Call Center School Leavers

Copreus is an international company which provides financial services and customer support to worldwide clientele. We are looking to expand our team of Customer Support Executives. 

Job Description 
• Taking care of the existing clientele. 
• Introducing our services to new prospective leads. 
• Achieve daily and monthly targets through successful calls. 
• Develop business relationships with clients. 
• Provide clients the highest level of service in a timely manner. 
• Managing sales pipeline. 

Person Specification
• A high school diploma or higher level of education. 
• Excellent knowledge in English and Sinhala language,both oral and written. 
• Sales experience will be considered an advantage. 
• Strong verbal communication skills. 
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven. 
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment.
