We're Hiring – Chinese-Speaking Operations Manager - Male

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic male Chinese-Speaking Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations.

· Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and business partners.

· Accompany management on store visits, business meetings, and site inspections.

· Monitor operational performance and ensure efficient workflow across departments.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

· Prepare reports, resolve operational issues, and support business growth initiatives.

 Requirements:

· Proficiency in Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above preferred).

· Good spoken and written skills in Chinese and English.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

· Willing to travel for business meetings and site visits.

Salary: 120,000/- LKR
