Technical Officer | Kalpitiya
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is done as per design and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
- Maintain daily progress records and site documentation.
- Ensure construction is aligned with architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or delays.
- Support site safety practices and enforce compliance among workers.
- Handle site-level labor and subcontractor management.
- Identify construction issues early and assist in problem-solving.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates to the project manager.
Qualifications:
- NCT (Civil) or equivalent, 2-3 years' experience, full-time availability in Kalpitiya.
