Role Snapshot

We are looking for an Intern Talent Acquisition to support daily operations of the Kidseb talent team. You will help us manage recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and uplift our candidates' first touch with the brand.

Salary:

Monthly stipend above LKR 50,000 with performance-linked increments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate notes.
• Assist with employee onboarding and induction experiences.
• Prepare Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards.
• Support company events and campus or careers days.
• Create on-brand flyers and presentations for campaigns.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Business Management, HRM, or a related discipline.
• Great interpersonal energy with confident written and verbal skills.
