Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Channel Manager, Booking Engine and suite of products sales process and undertake presentations
  • Prepare proposals for prospective hospitality clients and ensure all opportunities are closed in a timely professional manner
  • Engage in pre-sales activities by creating sales leads and analysing market opportunities and threats
  • Manage and maintain sales CRM
  • Follow up sales activities with present and potential hospitality clients
  • Monitor and meet sales KPIs and sales performance
  • Provide post-sales liaison
  • Monitor and undergo regular competitor analysis

Selection Criteria:
  • A Degree or Professional Qualification in a related field is a must
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related job
  • Ability to communicate in fluent English is a must
  • Experience in working with OTAs/hotels will be an added advantage
  • Track record of meeting sales/marketing targets
  • Experience with customer service, sales, marketing and client management
  • Experience in managing client requests and expectations
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task with competing demands
