Job Responsibilities

• Understand company service offerings and utilize that knowledge to initiate daily activities that will generate relevant sales leads
• Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer’s needs and requirements
• Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
• Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by communicating directly, making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Coordinate with the Operations, Development, and Creative teams as needed
• Handling calls and sorting mail, feedback, and inquiries from clients or customers
• The candidate will be responsible for all sales and marketing across the country.  
• Personality traits necessary to excel in sales (positive, ambitious, gregarious, flexible, self-sufficient)

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Sales.
• Required languages: English, Sinhala & Tamil (Presentable and confident speaker)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to work under pressure.
