Asked for two situations you had with a caller or customer and how did you handle it and what was the result. Did I say the interview was easy. I applied last weekend before Thanksgiving, and the called me with in 2-3 days later to schedule and interview after I did the assessment. The assessment i easy but long about 90 mins. there is a short typing test one is visual and the other one is listening. Super easy can be done on your own. training will last anywhere from 8-12 weeks. must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays at least 8hrs. Go it.
