| Finalizing local materials and order placement aligning with project plan and monitoring of delivery | |||||||||||||
| Progress review meeting with Client | |||||||||||||
| Preparation of project presentation document and Record of MOM | |||||||||||||
| Involvement for site related issues/complaints and Resolution of disputes | |||||||||||||
| Monthly Updating of project execution plan in line with the master plan. Monitoring and reporting of Project progress /preparation of project monthly report | |||||||||||||
| Site supervision, Attending site inspections, attending daily progress meeting, and third party contractor coordination | |||||||||||||
