Position: HR Intern Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible) Location: Remote (work from anywhere) Stipend: Competitive compensation with a monthly allowance of 35,000 LKR

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.
