Fix MS Word document, issue with PDF export of MS Word document job from Halifax in United States, Sri Lanka

The PDF is just an export of the MS word document but they do not match for some reason:

On the Word doc, you'll see a Chapter on page 11 that has a drawing of a dog and the words, "Diva, la Braque de Weimar". The page is followed by a blank page, then a page of text.

On the PDF, the same page is followed by three blank pages. Why? Can you fix it keeping the same pagination rules where only the chapter page with text have page numbers?
